Why today’s Pakistan vs Australia is crucial to India

The fates of the other two in the group have been decided. New Zealand has won three matches and has already qualified for the semifinals.
Bangladesh, which has lost three matches, has been eliminated.
Pakistan has lost both the matches it played — against India and New Zealand. However, it has a net run rate (+0.254) superior to India (-0.546), which has won two of its three matches.
